This 3 course set menu delves into regional Mexican and central Amercian cooking traditions that you don’t see on most street food menus. Not a taco in sight!
Available for collection on either Friday 21st or Saturday 22nd August, between 6-8pm. Please select your menu here, and collection time at the checkout. This menu is served hot and ready to eat as soon as you get home. You cannot order any other product from our website in the same transaction, due to the differing time slots. Please place a separate order for your bakery supplies.

Pork (m) or jackfruit (ve/vg) guajillo tamales with tomatillo salsa and curtido, a lightly fermented slaw
Yucatan style citrus, chile and charred corn stew with either chicken (m) or squash and courgette (ve/vg), green rice, refried beans and house made tortilla
Tres leches cake (vg/m) or spiced hot chocolate tart (ve) with tequila macerated strawberries
