A new medium sized sourdough, it’s our millstone sourdough base with barley malt syrup and malted wheat and rye flakes. This is a moist, dark loaf with a lovely sweetness.

Allergen information:  contains wheat, gluten. Made in an environment where we regularly use nuts, gluten, milk, sesame, celery, eggs and mustard. As a result, we are unable to guarantee that anything we sell is completely free of ANY allergen.
